This is one of those tools that rarely gets put away. I keep mine beside my sewing machine because it’s useful for far more than installing hardware. I regularly use it with hole punches on a poly punching plate, gently flatten bulky seams before topstitching, and tap prongs on the back of magnetic snaps, handmade labels, locks, neatly against the washer for a flatter, more secure finish.
