Order Processing Times
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and typically shipped within 1-2 business days. We know how exciting it is when you place an order and that you can’t wait to receive it and that’s why we strive to process and post your orders as fast as we can.
The exception to this is when there’s public holiday, when we have a sale and receive a large volume of orders, when we’re away on a vacation, and severe weather for example cyclones, and floods.
Vacations: When we’re away on a vacation you will find a notice on the home page of our shop as well as in the Updates section. If you’re a VIP Email Subscriber you will generally be sent and email update advising of the dates we’re away so you can plan your orders ahead of time.
Australia Post
If your order is dispatched through Australia Post, tracking details will be provided through the Australia Post Tracking service.
Opting for Express Shipping means your order will be shipped via the Australia Post Express Service, but please note that processing time remains the same. All orders are handled in the sequence they are received.
Australia Post offers Standard Mail delivery within 3-7 business days and Express Delivery within 1 business day in the Express Post Network. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times. Check with Australia Post for further information on shipping times.
We cannot be held responsible for missing or lost goods as these events are outside of our control. Australia Post offers insurance, signature on delivery, express post and more, helping to ensure your parcel is delivered to you safely.
Please check your postal address details very carefully before you confirm the order. If your parcel goes missing please contact Australia Post or your local post office.
Click and Collect
For Click and Collect orders, you will receive an email once your item is ready for collection. Collection is in Beenleigh Qld Australia. Exact address information will be provided in your email.
International Shipping
We no longer ship outside of Australia due to the ever changing importing and exporting tax rules and regulations.
